Create your own subtitles for images or videos.
Subtitles Creator is software to help you, obviously, create subtitles for the images and videos you choose. The initial data is in an SRT-type file, and the exit data contains a list of sub-images in BMP format and SST files (from Sonic Scenarist).
The SST files are simply text files, which you can place among the corresponding images, adjusting them to the exact time they need to be shown on-screen. This way you can synchronize them to your tastes.
The Subtitles Creator subtitles can be created from the second zero of playback. The results can be easily added to Scenarist. Subtitles Creator is totally free.
